Profile development diagram should show DDE

The current profile development diagram shows the use of GoWeb and the corresponding crosswalk spreadsheet.

The diagram should be updated to reflect the use of DDE and the new crosswalk spreadsheet.

The diagram is currently used in:

• Governance document
• Create new profile tutorial
