Add paragraph about chemical profiles to Choosing the Right Profile tutorial

@egonw Please add a section to the Choosing the Right Profile tutorial so people know when MolecularEntity and ChemicalSubstance are the right profiles for them. We want to do this for all released profiles. Thanks.

Please also see discussion at https://github.com/BioSchemas/specifications/issues/548 and see if it makes sense to include some lines in this regard to the explanation/examples on how to use chemical profiles. Thanks.
