ability to link Tool to Dataset

Today at the Dagstuhl meeting we were further discussing Bioschemas, and it was linked to the wish to be able to indicate which datasets go "well" with a Tool, for example because it is example or benchmark data. A properties would be similar to the one that allows a Tool "to point" to documentataion.
