Allow multiple versions for tools

bio.tools have encountered the requirement for descriptions to be about multiple versions of a tool and now allow multiple versions to be declared.

We should consider whether we should loosen the cardinality of version to allow MANY versions to be declared.

Version 0.3-DRAFT still has the cardinality of ONE but the Bioschemas explanation text states how to use this with multiple versions and this is also shown in the example.

If we change the cardinality to MANY then we need to update the text and the example.
