[Feature request] Clarify what fields will be overwritten when records are being merged

In duplicate linking/merging window, potentially add an information icon + help text, or allow selection of which record will overwrite which.

Right now, the duplicate that is identified in the pop-up window will overwrite what is in the current record, in fields where there are data in both records.
