When creating checklist, the voucher tool allows selecting specific specimens as references to a checklist. The basic concept for this tool to work properly: The author of a checklists chooses only trusted identifications as vouchers. Particularly useful here is the Batch Linking on the Missing Taxa Tab. Using this table vouchers (and this missing taxa) can quickly be added and the author of a checklist can decide which specific IDs are to be trusted. However. to assess whether an identification can be trusted, it is fundamental that both the person who identified a specimen (the determiner) as well as the Identification Qualifier is being shown. This is particularly important if the determiner did have some doubts about the identification and thus entered "cf.", "agg.", "s.l." or some other comment indicating that the identification is still preliminary or problematic. Currently, the only option to access that information is by reviewing every single record by clicking the link to the occurrence record itself.

Ideally, when a specimen with "cf.", "s.l." or another qualifier is being added to the checklist that name should also be listed as "cf.", "s.l." - but this would require much more programming, whereas adding those fields to the list should be relatively straightforward.
