[Feature Request]: Ability to edit label profiles without having to search for specimens first

On /collections/reports/labelmanager.php, you have to conduct a search for specimens for which you want to print labels before you can edit your label profile. It would be great if there was a link available to label customization tools before you enter any variables in "Define Specimen Recordset".
