[Feature Request]: Ability to download names that aren't matched to the taxonomic thesaurus

Rather than having to run the taxonomic cleaning tool (which can take some time for collections that have a large amount of unindexed taxa and requires the user to copy and paste the resulting list), in the taxonomic cleaning tool, enable the user to download a CSV of the unindexed taxa
