The CONTRIBUTING.md file has a reference to https://github.com/orgs/BioJulia/teams/admins

This no longer exists.

Of course thier is both a HUMANS.md file and references to slack and discourse. So not urgent to fix this topo.

Thanks for noting this - there was an aborted effort to overhaul governance structures and it got stalled in a bit of an unfinished state. Lots of stuff like this to be addressed
