Clair3 biocontainers container issue

Hi,

We would like to report an error that happened with http://quay.io/biocontainers/clair3:0.1.10--hdfd78af_0 but not with the author provided docker image hkubal/clair3:v0.1-r10. The error was reported at https://github.com/HKU-BAL/Clair3/issues/98. Much appreciated if any suggestion or comment on it, thanks!

@bgruening seems there is an issue with generated container, conda package itself is fine

Do we have a more concrete error report? Is gzip missing as dependency?
