@kbipinkumar I haven't found a pkg called gt, it seems that this is related to rstudio?

The package is called r-gt in the repo. It's an r package from devs of rstudio. But it is not a dependency for rstudio itself.

the package seems to have failed to build on the build server according to logs

[2025-09-24 00:13:11 +0000] build (version None) finished in 0s with result: <BuildResult.failed: MissingDependencies({'r-bigd'}); rusage=None>

although the version 1.1.0 did build okay on my local machine in clean chroot

Yes, apologies. The package is gt, but named r-gt in the AUR/Bioarchlinux repos.

Now the log is saying something else:

[2025-11-13 04:36:45 +0000] build (version None) finished in 0s with result: <BuildResult.failed: MissingDependencies({'libnode'}); rusage=None>

yeah, this is because libnode problem emmmmm, this is usually maintained by another maintainer, I am not sure how to fix that. @sukanka @lilydjwg

libnode took too much time to build last time. Try increasing the limit?
