Didn't received media files over Whatsapp

Hello,

I have followed code snippet to upload media files first and then used the same id to send this media file over whatsapp. I have checked that the media was uploaded successfully and then the call to send media file over whatsapp was also returning success response but somehow i am not receiving the same media file over my Whatsapp. Can somebody please suggest me what can be the possible issue here? I am attaching snip from messageresponse here.
