[Visual Studio 2022] Error List pane resize separator

It does look like the new version affected the styling when "Place Tabs on the Left" is selected though. This was described in #687 and seemed to be better in the previous version. It is hard to see where to place the cursor to resize the pane. This is a separate issue though. :) I wonder if the same type of border outline that was added for the environment and tool window could be added for this pane?

@Binaryify any chance we could get better contrast for the Tabs pane and quick launch? I'm not sure how this would've regressed, but it seemed to be better in the previous version. I can create a new issue if needed. It would be similar to this one.
