Update for new Battle.net API hosts

Old battle.net API urls no longer work, returning a 403 Forbidden error. The new API urls require a Battle.net mashery account and an API key.

This updates the URLs and adds support for using an API key. HTTP request signing has been removed as it seems the only way to authenticate now is via the apikey param.
