fast forward does not work in v6.5

Ever since 6.4v, when I play fast forward on mGBA (haven't tested it out on other systems), it won't, well, go fast. It plays at normal speed with, or without fast forward toggled. This may be a problem on my end.

This looks like a bug in mGBA, which got a big update just after I released v6.5, I'll let you know if that update fixes it.

Nevermind, this looks like a bug in my RetroArch build, but I'm pretty sure of what's causing it. Fix soon...

Has This been Fixed Yet? Holy Unblocker has just switched over to v6.5 and and Speed Up is not working as of right now, I am not sure if this is because the issue has not been fixed yet, or the organizer of Holy Unblocker is at fault for not using the most recent "Fixed" Version

For some reason GBC ROMs like Pokemon Crystal Clear or Gold works however GBA ROMs like Blazing Emerald or Ruby don't, I don't know if I just didn't set up FF correctly or if that's a bug.

fwiw: fast forward is also broken in snes9x. it matches normal speed. (tested with smw)
