[Feature] Add an alias for model name

Problem Description

Some platforms, e.g. https://console.volcengine.com, it requires us to create a 'endpoint' as a model name, and which is random strings. When we add models of it, I can't distingush which one is what I want

Give an optional "alias" to a model, so I can give such endpoints a meaningful name, and view or select them eaiser
