更新过程可观测可终止

更新执行流程比较长，无法即时得到反馈，每次需要查看更新状态都需要去服务器看日志，非常麻烦。 需要提供以下两项功能：

  1. 可查询更新状态，了解当前更新进度
  2. 可中途终止更新，方便在源数据下载过慢时更换数据源
