Bot shows "reward existing answer" bounties

Bounty reason is the canned "One or more of the answers is exemplary and worthy of an additional bounty."

Should such bounties be shown? Depends on the exact purpose of this bot - is it intended as a "questions to answer for bounties" bot, or just "bounty showcase" bot?

If it's the former, then possibly filtering those out is a good idea.

Unfortunately, the required information still isn't available through the Stack Exchange API. I had requested it a while back. If it ever gets added, I will filter out those questions that are already answered.
