for now we have Failed to create folder root directory: CreateFile \?\C:\Users\Hackerman\Desktop\ALL: Access is denied. unlike official last synthing. ti works fine

most probably you installed syncthing for all users? if yes, try to uninstall (its recommended to restart at this point) and then re-install only for your current user
