Not saving elements.txt file on Linux

Running on Ubuntu 19.04. Doesn't save out an elements.txt file to the default find_orb directory when running fo obs.txt. Also fails with a different error message when trying to just save it out with the -s switch and a path. Segmentation fault (core dumped) Thanks Bill!
