Tagging FLAC?

I'm wondering if there's any chance of adding FLAC to the list of files that can be tagged with Tagger? Thanks! -Afshin

It's possible since the libraries I use support FLAC, but since I don't use FLAC I have not added it yet

Thanks for the fast response Bilal! I appreciate the consideration. I'll be willing to donate if you add FLAC as most of my library is now in FLAC. But so far your app looks great. Very light on the surface but packed with features.

Could you add flac files support? This program is amazing, auto tagging from vgmdb is a great feature which saving a lot of time, but most o my music is in FLAC (no, I don't want convert it to another format) :( Thanks in advance

It's possible since the libraries I use support FLAC, but since I don't use FLAC, I don't have the data/time to test the code to make sure there is no bugs that could damage the files (for comparison I tested mp3/m4a/alac on 500 albums ~50,000 songs)

Note on FLAC conversion for anyone interested:

You can convert FLAC to ALAC ( also know as apple lossless) losslessly (i.e without any loss of quality) the resulting mp4 can be used with Tagger, iTunes and iOS. Examples of programs that can do this conversion include XLD which free and open source. Converting a single disk album from FLAC to ALAC takes 8 seconds on my mac

You can even get the same FLAC file back if you the convert the ALAC file back to FLAC without any loss of quality.
