Make the neumorphic effect more subtle

Hi there, I am using the plugin and it truly is amazing. Thanks for the package. Just one request, the neumorphic effect is too aggressive, especially when the colors are darker. Plus I cannot locate the neumorphic effect with text, I only see (NavBarStyle.neumorphic).

Can the opacity and spread be controlled manually?
