Change selected tab with button

Hi,

Thanks for the package, it is great.

How can you change the selected tab?

I am trying to navigate from an overlay screen (screen A below) where the navbar is hidden to another main screen (tab 2 below) but can't work it out.

1,2,3,4 are the main screens that would be accessed through the tab bar and screen A is a modal screen that comes over screen A and the tab bar when pressing a button.
