High CPU usage in networking code

SWT v4942r22, win32, zoom=100, dpi=120 Windows 10 v10.0, amd64 (64 bit) B3.0.0.1_B47/4 az3

I'm not really sure what to do about this.

What I find is that my network speeds are very low. However, when I open qbittorrent, it seems to work a lot faster. So I would like to know how to fix BiglyBT.

I'm wondering if this high usage message was due to MalwareBytes premium trial, or if it was fixed in a recent beta. After I uninstalled MalwareBytes premium, I stopped getting this message.
