Sometimes tries to reload completed or removed torrents

During restart (new or timed) it will reload a torrent that has been removes or stillin queue. If it is still in queue it will say already been added (quick message that vanishes) What ever happened to merging trackers from identical torrents and different sources? If file has ben removed it will load and start processing the torrent. These were not in autostart directory.
