proxy socks5 issue

I use Tor for access and download torrents files with proxy socks5 9050:127.0.0.1. The issue is after minimize the app proxy setups vanished and I must setup settings again.

Device model: Samsung j700f Android: 5.1.1 ver: 1.3.0.8

Are you still seeing this issue with 1.3.1.6? If so, could you give more detail, such as how you minimize the app (ie. there's: (a) pressing back until it's gone (b) switching to another app (c) removing using the task manager (d) probably some other weird android way)
