[classic] Buff tracker doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install addon
2. Type /rabuffs or /racd ingame

Nothing happens. These commands don't work. Want to setup tracking of raid alchemy buffs like elixirs/food/flasks but can't do it

What version of oRA3 are you using?

10/27/19 v3-classic Release

Do you have an error log of what happened?

I got the same problem and sadly there are no other addons for this function

Reproduced in v4-classic-release as well, also enUS locale.

I suspect this is by design, since the features that do work all have UI controls, but there are none for buff tracking and the interface doesn't appear to have left any room to include them.
