Plugins/Pull: Handle Blizzard Big Number Countdown

Add an option to display a bar for the default Blizzard countdown, as well as hide it fully.

Settings:

• Enable/Disable the BW bar
• Enable/Disable the Blizz Countdown for PvP
• Enable/Disable the Blizz Countdown for M+
• Enable/Disable the Blizz Countdown from Players

Default settings:

• Blizzard Big Number countdown is displayed for all types (same behavior as default UI)
• Display a BigWigs "Countdown" bar for all Blizzard timers
