Add Special Features support

Adding support for our Special Features addon. Now that it's in the Kodi repo, we'd love to see as many themes officially supporting it as possible!

Thx! I have a separate menu for addons in the video info dialog, custom_1119_ExtrasDialog.xml. I'll add it there and close this when done.
