GIO.IOErrorNum when opening Settings

First of all thanks for porting this to Gnome 45

I'm running Fedora 39 with gnome 45 when opening settings I get error below.

I don't think I did something wrong during installation. (I installed develop branch using make all; make install) The hardcoded path to /home/eric/... looks weird

German Translation hint: Fehler beim Öffnen der Datei = Error opening file
