Add rss.json route for easier syndication from modern apps

Currently the blog engine exposes and RSS feed under /rss. We should add an /rss.json endpoint for providing the same data and functionality but in JSON format.

It probably makes sense to rely on the specs in https://jsonfeed.org/ while keeping true to the data delivered by the RSS XML
