Option to summarize multiple tool outputs into a single report

Hi! First of all, great software, I was looking for something like this a few weeks ago to consolidate some resistance and recently saw a presentation by Dr. Coelho of argnorm. Maybe I missed this in the documentation, but is there a way to consolidate the outputs from different tools into a single report, similar to hamronize summarize? I guess I could manually join multiple outputs based on the resistances found by different tools, but it would be great to have something more elegant

Thanks for the kind words. At the moment, we do not support that, but you are not the first to ask about it and we might just support it in the future.

Note that, right now (since v0.7.0), if you use the hamronization framework and then apply argnorm to the results, you get a single output with all the results. I think this gets you want you asked for and is the right way to do it. Therefore, I consider that this is now solved
