Worked fine on my end.

When entering the appID:

[1/2] Retrieving game informations from Steam...
- Game found! Name: SnowRunner - AppID: 1465360

Based on the time you sent this issue, Steam was probably in maintenance, and as such, requests to Steam failed for a short time.
