Unable to download app list

Hello! I'm trying this app for the first time and I seem to be unable to download the app list. Could the list be uploaded somewhere? I don't know if it's a problem with the application or if my potato wifi is just not able to get it :P Error logs below: SteamAutoCracker GUI v2.2.1
