Using automated installer?

Have you considered using an AI server, manifest and AI image to perform this? I think that would reduce the amount of statements in the boot command.

I did but this requires you have an AI installer server I wanted it to be standalone.

I no longer need to work in the Solaris space so I'm not doing any ongoing improvements here. Feel free to fork our do PR .

Funny coincidence I was working in the last days on an extended method to use Unified Archives as source for packer. It also supports a subset of AI: http://blog.zach.st/2015/12/06/creating-solaris-11-vagrant-boxes-out-of-unified-archives.html
