You can have your own server for you phishing page/url but you can also use something like: https://github.com/htr-tech/zphisher This tool only creates the Email that you use too phish with, You will need to hav ea phishing page "outside" of this tool. You then add the url too your email when you create one (will print out something like "Enter Your Phishing Url: "). You can then send it to your target using the tool by going in too the "email sender" which is option "30" in the main menu right when you run the tool. I will drop an update very soon and I will then create a wiki/tutorial and also a video that demonstrate how to use it and going in the the depths of it.

000webhost block the sites that they see are phishing sites but some phishing sites/scripts are undetectable even if you have the free version because they haven't added that code too their "scan", If I remember correctly hostinger doesn't block sites because they hosted a lot of phishing sites for steam, check out "evilginx2" on GitHub. With that tool you can get the 2fa cookies/session so you don't need to worry about the 2fa code
