App Manager Android

An app manager for Android written in Kotlin. View app related info, launch or uninstall apps. Fully implemented in Jetpack compose using Material You dynamic theming and also has a separate implementation with xml.

Usage:

1. Open project and sync gradle.
2. Modify the code to suit your needs.
3. Watch out for more features.
