import error afer pip installation in Windows 10

In Windows 10 OS, after pip installation of pymoose, the import command raises an error: File "C:\ProgramData\Anaconda3\lib\site-packages\moose\moose.py", line 21, in from moose._moose import * ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'moose._moose'

Seems to be related to the "_moose.so"?
