In the Linux environment, the test report generated using pytest-html 4.1.1 does not contain any test case data.

The test suite for the plugin runs successfully on Linux, so without a very detailed repro case - it's more or less impossible for us to troubleshoot this.

What is `run.py`? What happens if you run it with `pytest`? Where does the `--tags` flag come from?
