🐛[BUG] linux环境下 无法使用host模式加速同时system模式下加速失效

🐛 Description
使用host加速时，无法正常加速 弹出报错bindporterror system加速似乎完全无效

- 正常开启
- 使用host加速模式
- 使用system加速功能时加载github显示无法正常连接
