🐛 Description

Translation of .resx files did not affect the display. I seem to have translated most of the application by changing src/BD.WTTS.Client/Resources/Strings.ru.resx but in most places Chinese is still displayed. Also, if you select English, in the same places Chinese is displayed instead of English. And after closing the language, the selected language changes to auto-detect.
