"Latest tag" on Release Candidate

Hi, I just noticed that 3.0.0-rc.4 has been marked as latest whereas it is not stable version yet. Shouldn't the latest tag be used for 2.8.6 (https://github.com/BeyondDimension/SteamTools/releases/tag/2.8.6) ?
