Update PlugY.dll and -direct -txt shortcut

Implements the fix for saving on exit in LAN games when multi-page stash is enabled. (Taken care of by @Gimmesamoa? and @dominis in Discord - https://github.com/SilverSix311/PlugY-PD2/commit/897a2edd1ce0c82ef6ddf1db85dafeacef13fe76) Takes care of #21.

Also implements a fix to auto-apply an environment variable for PlugY used to help with load times when using a loot filter. (Info coming from @dominis and again applied by @Gimmesamoa? - https://github.com/SilverSix311/PlugY-PD2/commit/4a4fc053246b0b14bcdd6b544d92782e62ac4f87) This is also referenced here in #24.

Separately, changes the shortcut for the modded/testing -direct -txt mode to use the current directory instead of relying on the default install path.
