AppImage for Linux

Related to the Windows portable and Flatpak options, it's probably good to allow people simply download an AppImage: https://docs.appimage.org/packaging-guide/index.html

It seems like it would be simple to include with the ansible CI build.

Someone else is looking after the Ansible build. I don't see this ticket or ticket #7, #28 and #32 happening. We're focusing on functionality improvements, not Linux packaging variations.
