Re-enable linkedEditingRange provided by clojure-lsp

We should remove the null return from provideLinkedEditingRange and see if the issue mentioned in https://github.com/BetterThanTomorrow/calva/issues/1374 still occurs.

Meant to close the PR. The changes in the PR alone don't fix the issue. There is still an error if linkedEditingRange is enabled.

If someone who can reproduce the issue can attempt to fix it, that would be ideal.
