--get-rectangle incorrect when alternative orientation is used

• Distribution: xubuntu
• Distribution release: 2410
• Geeqie version:Geeqie 2.5+git20250218-0b63ea9f GTK3

Describe the bug When Draw Rectangle is selected and an aspect ratio is also selected, the rectangle can be draw in two ways e.g.: with the aspect ratio 16:9 with the aspect ratio 9:16

If the 9:16 ratio is used, the crop rectangle plugin gives a 16:9 image crop.

This is probably related to the patch for #1591
