按顺序执行 KeyDown("shift") KeyDown("a") KeyUp("a") KeyUp("shift")

期望：输出一个大写 A。

实际效果：

  1. 输出一个小写 a。
  2. shift 处于按下的状态。

再次 KeyUp("shift") 也无法放开 shift
