Tasks trigger multiple times

Tasks seem to trigger multiple times if it's a new task (the GUI has not been exited and reopened since its creation).

Repro:

  1. Create a new task with the Task button pressed trigger and a ConsoleCommand action
  2. Press the Run Task button
  3. Task runs 4 times
