Hi!

I'm working on a port of FreeRTOS to Chibios HAL, and I'm using part of your code.

I'd like to know if your modification is under Apache or MIT license. Files are under Apache, etc, but it would be nice to have a license file around.

I'm organizing the files and updating them to Chibios and FreeRTOS trunk.
