Replace ANSI_837

Is this pull request no longer valid/needed? I don't see this file "ANSI_837.java" in the plugin directory, though I do see "ANSI_837_X_005010.java". It looks like other open pull requests are trying to add this file too (though extension .java would be helpful).

We have not updated this library for a very long time, and are still using version 5.4.1. So I am not sure if this would be needed in the current version.

@canabrook Hi Scott. I was taking a look at this again. Would the new "ANSI_837_X_005010.java" supersede a need for "ANSI_837.java" ? I haven't tried the most recent versions yet.
